"Thank you" outing for volunteers

Around 30 SBV volunteers accepted our invitation on Tuesday, 15 August 2023 and spent a day with us thanking them for their commitment. After a breakfast at the ship welcome facility on the Kiel Canal and almost under the railway bridge in Rendsburg, we headed to the NordArt art exhibition. Guides were already waiting here to take small groups around the site and through the individual exhibits. After a short lunch break, the tour continued directly to the Schlei: at Café Lindauhof - where parts of the series "Der Landarzt" used to be filmed - the group enjoyed coffee and cake. After a short story about the history of the building, the singing duo Lui and Fiete entertained the guests with atmospheric sea shanties "op Platt".
