SBV topping-out ceremony in Schwarzer Weg

In March of this year, the buildings in Schwarzen Weg that could no longer be renovated were demolished and just a few months later, SBV celebrated the topping-out ceremony with numerous guests from politics and business. "This is how 'housing turbo' works at SBV," said SBV CEO Jürgen Möller during the ceremony on 15 October 2025. A modern ensemble of six buildings with 66 residential units is being built on the site - 29 more than before and 100% subsidised. The flats are furnished in a contemporary style and surrounded by spacious green areas. SBV board member Michael Ebsen: "We are not just investing in bricks, but in a sustainable quality of life and living." The construction in Schwarzen Weg is part of an extensive SBV investment programme. SBV plans to invest more than 380 million euros in and for Flensburg by 2034.
