My SBV

At the 63rd Annual General Meeting of Representatives on Tuesday, 9 May 2023, the participants of the highest SBV body adopted the 2022 annual financial statements, decided on the distribution of the net profit and approved the actions of the SBV Executive Board and the SBV Supervisory Board. Supervisory Board members Wiebke Wenzel and Britta Zemke, who stepped down as scheduled, were re-elected. Jörg Matthiessen is a new member of the Supervisory Board, replacing Hans-Christian Jordt, who retired for reasons of age. Supervisory Board Chairman Jan-Kai Jensen and SBV Board members Jürgen Möller and Michael Ebsen thanked Hans-Christian Jordt warmly for his many years of commitment. The meeting took place in the hall of the SBV community centre 360°.
