To get in the mood for the World Cup, which starts in mid-June, Flensburg residents can already get a taste of the tournament atmosphere. On Saturday, 9 June 2018, the event with the four "Fs" will take place: the Flensburg Football Family Festival. From 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., the Flensburg stadium will be buzzing with activity. There will be a wide range of activities to take part in, from football golf and mega table football to fan face painting and Tipp-Kick to a bouncy castle and football billiards. There will also be live music on stage as well as food and drink at family-friendly prices.
