My SBV

We are currently receiving information that more and more representatives are going door-to-door and approaching our members. These representatives want to sell various products such as contracts for internet or fibre optic connections or insurance. Even if these people refer to the SBV: They are not travelling on behalf of or in consultation with the SBV, the SBV is not involved in their campaigns. SBV employees send offers or notifications directly to members, usually via the online service portal "My SBV", by email or by letter.
