Bundled expertise

At the start of 2025, SBV will be reorganised in parts and four teams will be there for our members in future. Each team will be made up of employees from the Housing service department - with Property management, Renting division and House service - and the Architecture department. This allows us to pool our expertise and respond to your enquiries even more flexibly and quickly.

You can find your contact person using the search function on our website under "Are you a member/tenant?" and "Contact person". Enter your home address in the search bar, select the appropriate one from the suggestions and then you will receive the contact details of the team responsible for you.

It is even more convenient for you to register on our online service portal "My SBV".
