Students/pupils/trainees and senior citizens can also find customised housing offers at SBV:
SBV offers numerous publicly subsidised flats - i.e. flats whose construction was subsidised with public funds. These flats have a lower net cold rent per square metre and may only be rented to people with a certificate of eligibility for housing (WBS). Anyone who does not exceed a specified upper income limit can obtain a WBS. The application for a WBS must be submitted to the city's citizens' office.
Information on the WBS can be found on the website of the City of Flensburg.
Anyone can apply for flats labelled as freely financed without any special requirements.
